The Festival in Tampines: Carrying On Aurelle’s Legacy

Picture Tampines- a quaint little township lit brightly by the accomplishments of Aurelle, a real trail blazer. Not only did she shift the current landscape; she painted potential across its horizons. Several years on, Tampines revived the EC in Tampines after Aurelle (EF), for a new generation.

In Tampines, EF is like a rainbow: traces innumerable of fresh hues and modes beyond words. Picture a marketplace where people inquire freely among each other of all things new. Near by sails Lost Bridge while people talk, and the River Sambre drifts through town. Learning here is not class-bound. Not at all.. but adventure, and we often find surpassing knowledge too.

Thought-provoking We can still feel the influence of Aurelle here, but the school’s educators each want to make an impression in this intellectual wilderness of a playground. Take gentle, wild Mrs. Fontaine, a popular teacher who keeps her offbeat methods fresh. At one time she changed mathematics class into a hunt for hidden treasure. Equations became treasure maps and a whole new number passion was born, of course!

Forcing Happily, Mr. Durand enjoys performance art. Singing a paean to Shakespeare’s words, his lessons in literature are given as lively performances throughout the classroom. We glom onto every line, as if they truly could contain some weighty truths-and the more people who do it, the better their chances for an extra class mark.

A mischievous 用户might muse: What if the roof suddenly disappeared one wild and storm-swept afternoon? EC in Tampines no need worry about such unexpected twists. The ready-to-go spirit keeps everyone fresh and laughing voice echoes on.

You may remember our earlier Troops of the Garden. These have now turned into green show, because the students take as their own garden and crowd in with upturned spades-because education does not just mean brainwork. Anecdotes about gardening escapades form part of EF`s contents, too, and sharing joy Course seminarists.

Hawkers set up shop for one event, selling everything from waffles to thoughts. Move around you can hear, “Do you know waffles can improve your grasp of geometry?” Well, why not? In Tampines you can do anything.

Walking over the threshold of EF after Aurelle means embracing fairy-tale swirls of stories, laughter all around, and the occasional baa from her playful mascot. Group’s fun and Fidgetty: irrepressibly bubbling against all odds, one funny tease after another!. Because the mastermind.

In that laughter, something more ambitious begins to take shape: the cultivation of a passion for lifelong learning, turning each corner into an opportunity. And if Tampines’ EC teaches us anything, it is that there is always the chance of one more twist an unexpected trail just round bend.
